Jeff was available at the last minute due to a misunderstanding with another boarder. For anyone reading this: make sure to confirm your Rover person has read about your pet's needs and confirms ability to meet those needs. Jeff did just that at the last minute and loved sitting with my boy. While I didn't receive any photos, Milo was well cared for and I never had a worry. He was also very flexible with drop off and pick up times. I would recommend Jeff to anyone.
