I am former dog owner who is longing for the energy and love a dog brings into life, but am not yet ready to bite the bone again after loosing my loved one to cancer. I have been dog sitting for friends for years and someone finally suggested I get on Rover to get some more loving dogs back into my life. I strive to make sure I treat every animal with the respect and love I would like in my life. I am happy to let dogs sleep on my bed and cuddle, but can also help maintain rules or reinforce any training you desire. I work from home and have a large fully fenced yard with miles of hiking trails that start right outside my door. I often sit outside, play, or cuddle with your dog to make sure they feel loved. Along with daily hikes and occasional trips to the beach, my yard is filled with space to play and the exciting smells of all sorts of wild animals. In fact some dogs who stay here don't want to leave, so please don't be alarmed if after a longer stay you have to coax your loved one back into your car.
