Pet care experience
I have had two small dogs that were the light of my life! Currently, I have Tanna my rescue chihuahua. I watch my sister’s pit bull (Dawn), my brother’s large dog (Maggie) and my friend’s medium and small dog (Cooper with Tanna). I have worked with young children for 16 years as an elementary school counselor, I am great with positive reinforcement. It is my passion to help children and animals thrive and feels safe! I love to go on walks and play with dogs! I would be honored to provide care, cuddles and fun with your dog! If you book me for house sitting, I wanted to let you know that I am allergic to down/feathers. I can bring my own bed linens to accommodate this allergy.

Jeanine is amazing! This was the first time I was leaving my Pepper for a vacation. The amount of care and attention she gave her was above and beyond. She informed on how she was doing and sent pictures to put me at ease. She followed all my instructions I had left for her. My house looked just as I left it and was neat and tidy. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Jeanine. She is a kind and compassionate pet sitter for your dog.
Jeannine is amazing! Our fur babies are our children - we have 2 Siamese cats and a 4 months old puppy. Knowing they are being well taken care of by someone with a good heart, trusting soul and very solid experience puts our mind at ease! Our animals are our family, so boarding them has never felt right, but having someone at the house staying with them in the comfort of our own home is so much less stressful on them (and us!). With Jeannine, they is never alone, nervous or stuck in a kennel, which makes us all happy! Jeannine has definitely helped us several times as our fur nanny. She has become a part of the family and loves our animals as much as we do and they absolutely love her.
Jeannine does an amazing job with Pepper. She goes above and beyond for her and I have a peace of mind when I have to leave her.
Thanks for watching the dogs. Jeannine is a wonderful pet sitters. She sent lots of pictures of the dogs and they were very happy.

A typical day
I live on the end of a cul-de-sac so there is minimal traffic. I love to go to Mill Creek Park, Boardman Park and Poland Woods for walkies! I feel that dogs need a lot of attention, mental and physical stimulation.

Availability
I am currently retired and volunteer at The Butler Institute of American Art one day a week for 3 hours. This leaves me open to provide your pet with all the love, time and attention they need.
