I have always been a dog lover. Just this past December, our dog Pippa past away. It has been a really difficult road. My family and I have thought about getting another but I felt like I might be trying to replace her. A friend told me how she uses Rover and I thought it may fill my heart to watch others pets while they are away. I know that I never wanted to kennel mine. I will make sure they are played with, taken on walks and completely cared for. We have and underground fence with an acre of land to run in. My husband Doug and I own a restaurant and have two kids. One at UNI and one is a junior at Xavier HS.
