Site shows I provide care "in your home" but I do not offer this service. I live across Okanagan Lake's Rotary Beach on Lakeshore Rd I have lived and provided care for my dog and others throughout most of my life and my home is not a home without having a dog by my side. I would like to provide this same care to your dog when you need to be away. I have experience nurturing, caring for a dog in distress, aging or puppy. However, I do not have any experience caring for a total visual or deaf dog. Dog Boarding: Leave your dog overnight with us. Small-medium up to 25 pounds Doggy Day Care: Drop off your dog in the morning and pick them up in the evening. We are happy to care for them. Small-medium up to 25 pounds Extended stay - available to provide 24hr care to your dog for 7 days. May extend to longer period. Small-medium up to 25 pounds

Jeanine was so awesome. My puppy was so happy going over and hanging out and was excited to see her. She also gave me some great advice because my puppy had recently been sick and really cared about her. Great.
Jeanine is lovely and so compassionate towards the dogs in her care. She allowed my dog to explore and get himself situated and warm up to her and the environment at his pace. Would absolutely recommend her!
Jeanine is wonderful! It was my first time using Rover and had such a great experience. She communicated all throughout my girls stay and sent lots of update pictures. One of my dogs allergies flared up and Jeanine was super attentive. I highly recommend using Jeanine and look forward to my girls going back to her and Teagan.
Janine is a very caring person that Took care of my Golden retriever, when I needed someone to take care of her. I knew that she was in great company. I never had any issues over the past 12yrs that I had Janine ( from time to time) take care of me pet.

I have a fenced in yard and will stay outdoor with my dog. As much as I love all dogs, I can only care for dogs under 25 pounds as the front fence is less than 4' high as safety is my priority in caring for your pet My dog is not one to run after a toy, but enjoys being chased around the yard. Same goes indoors. There are toys to play with, chew toys and ability toys to uncover treats. Relaxing is not hard to do if that's whey they want.

Important to know if your dog lunges at other dogs or people, afraid of noises, dogs on a leash, motorbikes etc., anxiety issues. Also, which side does your pet walk on when walking. How well trained is your dog on their leash? Do they enjoy being in a vehicles? Let me know your dog's schedule, what your dog love and enjoy and I'll do my best to follow your schedule while you are away.
A typical day
I enjoy taking my walks on trails in the area such as Mission Creek Greenway, walking on Rotary and Gyro beaches and around the neighborhood. I enjoy working around the yard, or just sit on the porch with a good book in my hand and coffee in the other while watching the dogs play in the yard. I keep a fan nearby to keep a breeze on the floor during hot days. In the house, there are toys to play with, or can just relax on their bed or with their favorite toy or snuggle up with me on the couch

Availability
My day starts with a walk by Mission Creek trail, Rotary Beach area or in my neighborhood. My day to day lifestyle is around the house unless I have an appointment or volunteer with delivering meals to seniors. I putter around the yard enjoying my day outside reading a book while watching my dog investigates the yard.
