I am a dental hygienist, and decided to join Rover to share our love to animals by dog-sitting. Allthough, I work full time, I come home during my lunch break to check on my furry friends I am dog sitting. During the weekend, I am at home all day, go for morning and evening walks, at bed time we like to have our furry friend with us in our bedroom but in its own bed. We sometimes go to visit friends or family; it mainly depends on the dog's personality. My priority is the dog's safety. After 3 yrs of loosing our dog from heart failure, we finally adopted another poodle. Pepe is friendly, and he was the youngest of four siblings. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to meet, and I am looking forward to caring for your precious love one.

We weren't sure our dog would want to come home after staying with Jeanette. Punkin had a wonderful time, the photos prove it! We'll absolutely ask her again to keep our dog while we're on vacation.
Jeanette is a wonderful dog sitter. She took care of our dog Rocky for the second time the week of June 25th of this year for five days. She is very attentive and caring. She is very considerate of your dogs schedule to maintain their comfort while you're away. She did an amazing job!! We would highly recommend her!
Jeanette is a great dog sitter. She is very dedicated to making sure your pet is safe, happy and most importantly feels loved. She’s aware some dogs experience separation anxiety and she tries to provide enough love and activity to keep them relaxed.

If they are staying at home, I prefer hypoallergenic dogs, but I have cared for non-hypoallergenic dogs also. I do not have any preferences if I am sitting for the dog at his/her house.
A typical day
I like going for walks around the neighborhood and/or the park. I believe every dog is unique with their own personality, so I tried to do activities that the dog is familiar or enjoys doing it. I usually ask the owners to provide me a list of the dog's schedule and things he/she likes to do or play with. You know your dog better than I do, so anything that can help to make his stay easier and comfortable as if he/she were at home is very helpful.
