Jeanette was very caring and attentive to our dog during our time away. She always sent pictures and updates about how our pup was faring, which was very helpful! This was our first experience with Rover and she helped to ease our concerns with leaving our dog alone. We definitely hope to be able to use her service in the future and would recommend her to anyone looking for similar services.

My cat, Pancake enjoyed Jeanette so much! Jeanette was prompt and on time, made sure Pancake always had fresh food and water, and kept his litty box very clean. Pancake is a very active cat and he was happy that she took him on walks, adventures, had plenty of playtime, and had some cozy cuddles in the evening. I would feel comfortable having Jeanette watch any pet and know that she would provide the upmost care around the clock.
