Pet care experience
Since COVID-19 my work schedule has shifted to a hybrid commute where I'm in office for two days out of the week. I just wanted to sign up and be a dog sitter to better help my local community by helping anyone that may need some assistance in having someone look after their pet. I do this because I genuinely love pets, I also have a pet of my own and think it would fun to help out and babysit an additional fur baby or two. <3
Reviews
Jean was awesome! Roger had a great time!
Jean was absolutely wonderful with Leo, my 8 year old yellow Lab. She made him feel right at home immediately, he was so happy to be able to sleep on the sofa and even in the bed. He usually has separation anxiety when I leave him with a sitter but not with Jean, she calmed him right down and played with him with an adorable Dinosaur toy which he loved. Her place is clean and her dog Benji is so sweet. Jean sent me constantly great videos and photos which made me feel so relaxed during my stay. My plane was delayed and I arrived late but Jean was so friendly and accommodating just amazing! I recommend Jean highly, Leo came back calm, happy and healthy, she walked him 2 hours every day, taking him to Central Park. Leo will definitely love to go back and stay with Jean anytime!
Jean was fabulous with our dog Brady. She was constantly updating us with videos of how he was doing and made us feel very at ease. We look forward to using Jean again.
Jean was amazing with our mini bernedoodle, Moose! He can get pretty anxious around new people, but she made him feel right at home, and he got along great with cute Benji! She sent us daily updates and videos and really went above and beyond for our dog. Will definitely be booking her again!

Regarding potential concerns of housebreaking issues that your dog/puppy may be going through - I have my own professional cleaner to thoroughly remove stains from when I was initially raising my own pup as well as wet bands for pups weighing 25lbs or less for additional peace of mind.

Information Jean S. would like to know about your pet
Only considerations is awareness of aggression with other pets considering I do own a pet myself and extreme separation anxiety. Although, I am remote on the days where I'm not commuting - I need to have the ability to step out briefly to run short personal errands (e.g. grocery run, doctor's appointment) without the animal in my care in great distress. This includes excessive barking. I'm not a formal dog trainer or behaviorist, therefore I would not be the right fit for your pup.
A typical day
Please refer to my "About Me" as I've detailed upfront what a typical day would look like. Of course, more sedentary activities are always achievable as I am detailing a typical day for anyone whose pet might be more high-energy since my own pet falls into this category. He's a nutbag :P

In terms of what I can ideally provide for you should you choose me, I'll describe below what I normally do for my own dog on any given day: Generally, I take my dog out 2-3 times a day for potty breaks, make routine indoor play time alternating between dog toys and chew time to help keep my pet mentally stimulated. On a sunny or nice weather, I would take my dog out on longer walks around Central Park or the local dog park. If I were to babysit your furbaby, I would mostly consider the same activities for your pet unless there are specific instructions or other physical limitations of your pet that I need to be aware of.
