I am a second year graduate student pursuing a degree in mental health counseling. Dogs have always been in my home my entire life, at times I have also owned fish and cats, but I have significantly more experience caring for dogs at all ages and with special health conditions (needing medications on a schedule, cancer treatments, and special care). My uncle is a breeder, trainer, and judge for shows, and his wife is an emergency veterinarian, I have been able to learn so much from them both and it helps to always have an expert on hand for any questions or concerns! I know when I am away I am picky when it comes to choosing someone to care for my pet as you want someone who will love on your pet just as you would and care for them as if they are their own.
