Jazriel has many good reviews, so my family and I believed our dog would be in a safe and happy environment! However, this was not the case. He was late for drop off and did not mention he would be late until we were already at his home. We waited for an hour after he said it would only be thirty minutes. Jazriel did send pictures of Cairo when we requested him to do so, but when we picked Cairo up, his bed was soak with urine as if he had been left alone or in a cage. The neighbors mentioned the regular presence of cops at his home, so we already began to get hesitant about leaving Cairo there, but we did because we already paid and were out there. Other than the urine soaked bed upon our pick up time, out dog had looked very distressed and Jazriel kept the water bowl. Cairo has anxiety and Jazriel’s profile claims that he works well with anxious animals, but that was not true in the case of Cairo.

Our dog seemed happy when we picked him up and overall things went well. Jazriel responded quickly to any texts and overall was friendly and courteous.
