I booked with jazmine and ryan and explained to them that I had to go out of town for a surgery and under a lot of stress. My dogs regular sitter was also out of town, but they reassured me that they are both always home, that their dog is extremely friendly and that they would relieve a lot of stress for me. I mentioned that my dog is a rescue and requires a bit more special attention as he suffers from anxiety and they said it wasn’t a problem. I dropped my dog off with Ryan and he was completely unfriendly and didn’t care to ask me any questions. He looked completely disinterested and that should’ve been the first red flag. Then a few hours later I get a call from Jazmine that Ryan had LEFT and she came home to my dog bleeding out of his privates. What irresponsible person does that?! Just leaves a dog in a brand new environment unattended, not even giving enough time to let the dog get acclimated. Jazmine went on to say that my dog has a UTI which is a lie! Her dog was not friendly to my dog and nipped at his privates causing him to bleed and kept nipping at him. I barely got any updates from her unless I reached out. Then… the worst part of all of it. I wake up from surgery out of anesthesia and the FIRST thing I see is a message from Jazmine saying that my dog, MY 8 POUND LITTLE DOG, was too much to handle and she couldn’t watch him anymore. That they kept getting complaints from neighbors about barking and didn’t think leaving a dog for over 5 hrs was bad. Ummmmmm…. so your telling me that Bryan leaves him alone the moment I drop him off and you guys are barely home leaving my dog with your vicious dog that’s biting him?! a dog with anxiety!!! of course he is going to bark! he’s traumatized. I was so high on anesthesia and could barely type and had to figure out rehoming him while i’m in another state. Both me and my little baby are traumatized and I hope Rover does not allow these two to work for them anymore. Thankfully the Rover app is amazing and customer service handled everything and within a few hrs he was re- homed with a new sitter who is so loving and I can tell my dog is happy and in good hands now.

Jazmine walked our dog, Izzy, for several days. She is friendly, prompt and clearly a dog lover. Izzy took to her immediately. We will definitely call on her again.
