Im sorry but thers no way in good conscience i could leave Jaznine a positive review, this is the first negative review im ever leaving on rover. At first Jazmine seemed really nice and even sent me a picture pretty instantly. But heres the thing... My dogs been to many many rover sitters as i work and he has isolation Anxiety. He is not and has never been aggrisive.. High energy sure. Aggrisive no. After 1 hour Jazmine canceled my booking stating he was being aggrisive, and she couldn't watch him. I had her booked for the whole week. I told Jazmine before the booking that i was working on century city and couldn't pick him up and as she seemed to understand that changed within this hour. Panicking i started messsaging rover sitter. my only option was my ex roomate who ended up missing work and charging me an arm and a leg. But that wasn't even the end. Jazmine marked the day as finished and rover charged me when she canceled! I had to call rover to get the day back. It took me 12 hours and 4 rover calls to find a replacment sitter for the rest of the week but thanks to a amazing rover rep i found one that worked out great, no issues, no complaints. But its still not over... The next day i go on Jazmines profile and see a picture of my boy. Im sorry but thats just not right she canceled the booking but leaves up his picture like hes a dog she watched. I didn't think rover would let me leave a review but a week later I just got this email and I just can't not warn people about this. My experience was terrible caused me a major headache and to be late on rent. Needless to say I am not happy about this. Please beware if your dogs not easy and full of energy this isn't the roght sitter for you.
