I grew up caring for a dog and having a service dog for 15 years. He now lives with my parents who are much older and helps them. I have learned that dogs are such amazing animals that need a lot of patience and love. Luckily I don’t mind rolling around and getting down to their level to have some fun and giving some solid belly rubs and head scratches as we bond and cuddle up on the couch after a walk or for me work. Pets are family and a best friend, we all agree. I love welcoming pets into my home, I do have a cat now that my dog has passed. So I will holding off on boarding for a while.
