Pet care experience
Hey there! I’ve always been a pet owner and especially an animal lover. I’ve had big dogs (husky/chow mix, beagle mix and a lab/Great Dane mix) and little dogs (chihuahua mixes)! I’ve also had all kinds of cats: kittens, fat cats, weird cats and elderly cats. My kids also convinced me to get a Guinea pig a few years ago! He’s a fun little guy. I definitely know how stressful it can be leaving your fur babies. Personalities are all so different in animals and having someone who understands that and can accommodate their special quirks is so important! I’m here to meet those needs. I can house sit on weekends, check in a few times a day, go on walks or even have your pet at my house if it’s a good fit. Just contact me and we can work something out!

I have a large fenced yard that is a haven for my dogs. They come and go through our dog door throughout the day. I have a fairly large house too that I could keep animals separate as needed. If I’d be caring for your pet in your home, I’ve always lived by the philosophy of leaving something better than you found it and treating something with more care than your own. I’m excited to meet your fur babies!

I like to know any and all things that make your animal tick. Does your dog have separation anxiety? Do thunderstorms terrify her? Does your cat have a certain spot that’s a no-touch zone? Does your dog get excited when he sees you pull out the leash for a walk? Knowing these things can help them be that much more comfortable with me and me with them!
A typical day
I love this area we live in. Such beautiful views anywhere you walk. I enjoy walking and also know how to handle if approached by another dog. Playing fetch is also a great pastime!!

I work part-time from home and have a pretty flexible schedule which makes it nice for my pets as well as yours! Walking, playing and feeding can be done whenever!
