Pet care experience
I have always loved dogs since I was young. Since then I have brought home 2 dogs, and since moving into my own home I have looked after many dogs and helped to rehome them. My dog, Marley, is our family dog and he's a big friendly giant! He gets along with all dogs, big and small and loves to play. We have a miniature dachshund (under 1 year old) who stays with us regularly and although she's roughly the size of his foot, they are the best of friends. I go for walks at my local park and I always provide lots of pictures of your dog during their stay with us. I do have 2 small children but they've grown up with dogs regularly coming in and out of the house so they're very well behaved with newcomers. I respond quickly and I am very flexible. We booked Sadie in with Jaye for a few days because our usual sitter was not available. Sadie is rather lively and has very clear ideas of what and who she likes and doesn't like, so we were a little unsure about how she would fit in in a place that is new to her. But Jaye was brilliant; she obviously knows a lot about dogs and Sadie loved her. We would happily recommend Jaye to anyone.

I'm fairly flexible with the dogs that I accept, however they must be okay with young children and large dogs. My children don't fuss over dogs who come in, but they do make noise and run around. Marley is friendly and playful but I understand that some dogs don't get along with large dogs so I'm happy to arrange a meet and greet in my home or at the local park before accepting a booking
A typical day
We go on walks at my local park and often meet up with local dog walking groups who meet there. We also have plenty of toys available throughout the day and I enjoy teaching the dogs tricks and playing with them throughout the day.
