Throughout the whole boarding process, Jaya was very sweet and accommodating, from beginning to end. When I dropped my dog off, she was very welcoming and warming and reassured me that Olaf would be safe and have everything he needed as well as a good time. It was nice to know that she also had a dog, so Olaf would have dog company. This was my first time boarding with a complete stranger, but Jaya helped by staying communicative with me and sending pictures of Olaf daily, that was something very important and appreciated. I would recommend Jaya to anyone that asks will definitely consider her again for my next trip if my Olaf can go too! Thanks again Jaya!
