This is our property rental home originally Air BNB, now fully converted to accommodate multiple dogs as a PET BNB. Plain and simple when you have a family that loves dogs, It comes natural to care for every and any animal. The People and the Process in place is the key to get results 💪 and supporting Happy-Healthy-Safe environment. This is all for my Daughter Zavona. Jay was great. I felt comfortable leaving my dog and my dog was happy and doing well. Jay left me text and pictures of her each day. I would recommend him.
Jay and his wonderful family are unlike any Rover sitters I’ve ever met, and I’ve consistently used Rover across the country for the last six years. My two adopted huskies are very different and each has their own needs and preferences. Not easy! Jay understood and accepted them instantly. They went out of their way to help the boys feel safe and loved every minute of their ten day vacation. Each day was structured enough for my one anxious boy and free and full of play with friends for the other. They both fell in love with the entire family. They went on walks, adventures, and then snuggled in exhausted at night wherever and with whomever they chose. Each dog in what I can only call a B&B home designed specifically for a dog’s safety and enjoyment was respected and loved for they are. I was terrified they wouldn’t come home with me! Jay’s constant pictures and insights on their behavior showed me he is truly a dog whisperer. I will never, ever leave my dogs with anyone else. In fact, I suspect Jay and his family will be my own family friends for years to come.

We have a clean workspace/home, sanitization is an important factor . I have the space and time so why not ? Do I need to work, not really . But having the resources is a plus. Anytime, any schedule, as long as your family dog is happy healthy and safe .. Day by day case by case , I have plenty of healthy lifestyle options for all pets. Excercise, training (ABA) , dietetics. Scheduled routines . All Training sessions are to be discussed in-person. Happy-healthy-safe . C O M

What is important to know about a dog ahead time is the overall health prior to the visit. Im enthusiastic, genuine and have positive outlook on life . I don’t like wasting people’s time. I just like doing a great work for myself and those around me that gives everyone purpose.
A typical day
Name the activity, I can do it . I have the energy and can make use of my time fully . It’s hard for some but easy for me . Accountability, goals, risk assessment, Applied Behavior analysis techniques.

Availability
During their stay, they have the freedom to sleep, lay, play anywhere on the property as long as everyone is safe. Owner preference Kennel Vs Non-kennel upon request. ** Feel free to message me, if you prefer your dog to be the only one boarding or even if they want have their own room. I understand sometimes multiple dogs can cause anxiety. I can accommodate any style of caregiving per request Daily routines comes from a background of Military, caregiving, health care and fitness . Traveling the world and enjoying life has given me the highest quality outlook of life. Dogs just like to live their best lives !!!!
