Pet care experience
I’ve been working full time at a pet resort/doggy daycare for 2.5 years now, so I’ve seen and taken care of so many different dogs and cats as well. I’m also in a Veterinary Office Assistant program to expand my knowledge and work towards a future job with animals! I’ve also had a family dog for most of my life, and have been dog sitting and cat sitting for the last year or so for family, family friends, friends of family friends and so on.

This is the first time that I've used Rover. I was worried as I have a large breed dog that can become reactive around other dogs. Jay was fantastic with sending pictures and updates!! The house was left in immaculate condition and I've already booked her again. Would highly recommend Jay!!
We have booked Jay several times to look after our senior cat who requires oral meds every 12 hours. Jay is caring, gentle, and extremely punctual. We would not hesitate to recommend them for anyone who wants to be able to leave their home and not worry at all that their pets are well taken care of.

A typical day
I’m always down to go for a nice long walk to burn some energy for the dog and myself, I also love to play tug and fetch with pups if they want to play with me. Long supervised times outside are also a favourite of mine, I can enjoy the fresh air and so can your pup if they’d like to!

I’m starting school full time, but I will still have plenty of time during the week for some visits and for housesitting! I’m going to be working one day a week for 9 hours as well!
