Pet care experience
I have two small dogs of my own; Bruno and Winnie, Bruno is 6 and Winnie is 1. I also did day sitting for 2 Rottweiler puppies that were a year apart, they both went to the same family. Hank and Daisy were playful but also messy, cleaning up after them was a chore for sure. Since making Dog pet care my full time job I’ve taken care of dogs of all kinds, from Yorkshire terriers to Neapolitan mastiffs and German Shepards.

Highly recommend Jay for any of your dog sitting needs. Our dog Timber stayed with Jay for a weekend. Jay did a great job taking him for lots of walks. Seeing how happy and comfortable Timber was with Jay when we came to pick him up summed it all up. We will definitely be using Jay’s services again.
Jay is so great with dogs it’s was easy to leave and know they will be well cared for, he’s super accommodating and it made my trip 100 times better knowing they were in good hands !! Thanks jay !!
Thanks for your good care of Ryan, Jay. It’s not easy looking after a dog with multiple allergies. Keeping other dog’s food off the floor will help next time (I know you tried.) Appreciate the photos, lots of exercise and socializing.
I highly recommend Jay. It was our first time leaving our 11 month Golden Retriever and he patiently answered all my questions/concerns. After receiving the first photo, I knew our pup was in good hands. I appreciated all the updates and photos and loved he went on adventures and was definitely well cared for and happy. Most of my house is free range for the dogs to run around in.:) We will spend the majority of our days outside either in my fenced backyard throwing the ball or on walks.

A typical day
I like to walk beaches, so it is likely your pup could get a walk at kye bay or point homes. I also love to walk at the northeast woods near highland secondary school. If the weather is awful I stick to short walks around my subdivision trying to hit the nicest part of the day for a solid walk.

Availability
Pet care is an active part of my day. I’m almost always with my dogs. Pet care in my opinion can mean a lot of different things. I sit with my dogs, cuddle my dogs, I walk and run my dogs and I ensure to check my dogs water after ever walk we do, because I know how much they like fresh water. And unless I have to go somewhere where dogs aren’t allowed, I will bring my dogs for the ride and care for them on the go as well :)
