Animals are my life’s joy. I’ve raised, worked with, or owned dogs, cats, horses, goats, birds, rodents, reptiles, amphibians, insects, fish, echinoderms, crustaceans, and many others since I was a kid. I’ve worked as a trainer at the world's most visited zoo, interned at the Gulf Breeze Zoo in the cats a primates department, volunteered with the Department of Natural Resources, and have published multiple children’s science books on animals.
