Hi! My name is Javonté and I am 19 years old. I've been house sitting and dog walking for a few years now and I absolutely love it. I have a lot of patience which definitely came in handy when I cared for the more energetic dogs. I believe having the ability to match the dogs energy level can really be affective when its playtime and also when it's time to wind down. Furthermore, I am trustworthy, reliable, and responsible. I have researched and will continue to research how to safely & properly walk and care for dogs to ensure your pets safety. Through Rover, I hope to enhance my knowledge of animals and create more loving and meaningful bonds with both pets and the owners.

Javonte was quick to respond to my request today. He showed up on time and listened to all my instructions attentively. My dog took very well to him immediately. He walked her for an hour and she came back happy and exhausted. I would definitely ask him again to walk her and highly recommend him as well.
Javonte is a mature and responsible young man. He has shown himself an ambitious and socially conscious person beyond his years. He Is currently involved in projects to improve our society as well as his education.
I’ve known Javonté for a very long time and I would most definitely recommend him for Rover! He is very well spoken, trustworthy, responsible, and reliable I would like to emphasize his trustworthiness and reliability. There have been countless times where I have needed a last minute dog sitter and each time I asked he stepped and anytime he has needed to cancel he would do so way in advanced. Javonte is a perfect fit!
Javonte has been my daughter's best friend since kindergarten, 12 years ago, and is part of the family. He went with us to Oakland Animal Services when my daughter picked out our dog Phoebe 3 years ago. When we had to go away the next weekend Javonte came to the rescue and stayed at our house at night with Phoebe so she wouldn't be afraid in an unfamiliar place. Javonte has been our go-to dog sitter ever since and Phoebe loves him. Javonte is trustworthy, reliable, punctual and follows instructions accurately. He is a young man with integrity, and fun too! Phoebe is a rambunctious affectionate canine and a little skiddish in certain situations; he handles her beautifully. He has also helped my daughter with her multiple pet sitting jobs over the years. You and your pet would be lucky to have Javonte caring for them. Javonte is the best pet sitter, in fact (except for my daughter Maya! They can also work as a team).

My favorite place to take dogs on walks is Point Isabelle. It has a lot of open space and a great place for dogs to mingle! I'll play fetch, run around with them, tug-a-war, and any other activities the owner suggest.
