Hi, I’m Jason! I’ve been around dogs, cats, chickens - all kinds of pets my whole life and genuinely enjoy caring for them. I am dependable, easygoing, and take pet care seriously. I make sure to stick to your pet’s routine, take care of your home (and plants), and give your pets plenty of love while you’re away. I work weekdays in Lenexa from 8–5, which allows me to provide morning care, lunchtime check-ins, and evening care, along with full availability on weekends. This schedule works especially well for pets who benefit from consistent attention throughout the day. When you book with me, you can expect reliable care, clear communication, and an attentive presence for your pet.

When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on safety, consistency, and following your pet’s normal routine. Routine-Based Care: I follow feeding schedules, walk times, medications, and any special instructions closely so your pet stays comfortable and stress-free. Consistent Presence: With availability in the mornings, during lunch breaks, evenings, and all day on weekends, your pet receives regular attention rather than long gaps alone. Pet Safety: I’m attentive on walks, careful with doors and gates, and mindful of each pet’s individual temperament and energy level. Communication: I provide regular updates and photos based on your preferences so you always know how your pet is doing. Home Respect: I treat your home with care keeping it clean, secure, and just as you left it. My goal is to make sure your pet feels safe, settled, and well cared for while you’re away.

Jason is one of the top pet sitters we’ve ever had. At our meet and greet, he took notes and asked questions to make sure he had all the details covered. What set Jason apart was how invested he was in giving the same high level of care toward our non-traditional pets (parrot and gecko) as he did for our dog. He was confident, curious, and eager to learn about their needs so he could provide proper enrichment, beyond just basic care. He paid close attention to how they were doing, asked thoughtful questions, and happily tried suggestions to encourage our parrot’s appetite. It gave me peace of mind to know all our pets were getting attentive, genuine care while we were gone. I would especially recommend Jason for pet parents of non-traditional pets or pets with special needs, as he’s highly responsible, responsive, and detailed in his care of all animals.
Jason was so attentive and caring with our 5yo yellow lab. He far exceeded our expectations with the attentive care and playtime he spent. We could totally relax while away knowing that our dog was in such good loving hands. Jason was also easy to work with when our flight home got cancelled! We would definitely have Jason care for our dog again!
We had a wonderful experience with Jason! We were especially nervous about leaving our two Bernese Mountain Dogs because our older dog is very anxious and not very trusting of new people, and our younger pup is full of energy and always ready to play. He handled both of their very different personalities with so much patience, kindness, and care. It was clear our dogs were comfortable, well-loved, and in great hands while we were away. He kept us updated, and gave us complete peace of mind. Coming home to two happy, relaxed dogs meant everything to us. We wouldn’t hesitate to trust him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable, caring, and trustworthy pet sitter. Thank you for taking such great care of our girls!
Jason was an amazing pet sitter. He took such good care of our dogs (both of whom are older dogs and need extra patience) and our cat. He sent frequent updates so we had peace of mind on our trip knowing everything was going so well. We also had storms in the area during the booking and it was great knowing the house was okay and there was no damage. Thank you so much Jason!
Jason is absolutely amazing, I felt so content leaving my doggos and farm animals (chickens/baby chicks/turkeys) in his care. He updated me multiple times throughout the day, very easy to communicate with, and you can tell he just truly cares for your animals. When we got home from vacation, the dogs were nice and calm - happy to see us - but I know they felt safe and enjoyed their time with Jason watching them. Thank you so much for all the effort and care you put into the animals!
Jason was awesome!! We were so pleased and so comfortable with him at our house! We have a high anxiety dog, and he was THE PERFECT person to watch him. Our dog was actually mad when we got home!
