First, the house is more or less an unkept college dorm with random people walking in and out. Then when I dropped my dog off, there was another dog in the house. Jason's profile said no dog live in the house. He didn't bother to flag that in fact his roommate has a dog in the house. Luckily the dogs got along. However a few hours in I get a message saying my dog peed in the house. I asked immediately if he had walked the dog at all. Nope he didn't. I asked if he had put old pup's diapers on. Nope. Didn't do that either. So Jason didn't follow any instructions and didn't bother to walk the dog and then blamed my dog for peeing in the house. Then he said my dog barked and he wanted me to come take him back. I had to change all my schedule to come back to pick my dog up, only to find out that Jason had a lady guest and they both looked like they were ready to leave the house for something and he just didn't want to bother look after my dog that evening anymore. I rarely write bad reviews. As a dog owner, I don't recommend this individual.

Jason was able to take my dog Mari for last minute boarding. He was very communicative and accommodating and took wonderful care of Mari. He also sent me pictures of Mari so I could see that she was settling in well. Would recommend!
