I’ve been around dogs my whole life, often sitting for neighbors and friends, when they go on vacation or have to work late. Through the course of my life I’ve owned 3 dogs, all of which were rescues and were different and unique in their own ways. To put it simply, I love dogs, and they love me!

I will not be participating in boarding or bringing dogs into my home because of the rules of my current living space that prohibit dogs, my roommate who is regrettably allergic to dogs, and his cat, who is rather shy and prefers her own space.
Information Jason R. would like to know about your pet
Before sitting, there are some things I would like to know! While I have no preferences for breed (all dogs are my favorite!) I would need to know if the dog has any health or behavioral issues that I would have to watch for! For example, if they are aggressive with other dogs, aggressive with only certain breeds of dogs, aggressive with people or children, or if they have any health issues that would need me to be sure they take it slow on their walk (arthritis, hip displasia, heart problems etc.), have water breaks while outside on hot days, etc. I would also like to know about the dogs likes, dislikes and quirks! For example some dogs dislike tail or paw touching, some dogs like to stop to say hello to other dogs by laying on the floor, some hunt for floor scraps, eat poop, etc.
A typical day
Playing is my favorite part of caring for pups! If there is a nearby dog park, I would love to take them there to play, and within the house enjoy games of fetch and tug of war! (I will never walk your dog off-leash outside unless within a dog run and with permission.)

Availability
I currently am available during all work hours (from 9 AM to 5 PM) as well as open to earlier walks as early as 7 AM, full time or part time. I will be working from home, and am flexible in terms of scheduling.
