I live in a multi level raised house with my spouse, two kids(6&11), and our fairly large(80lb) but friendly lab mix Koby. There is a nice sized fenced in back yard with grass and extra room under the raised house. Koby loves playing with other dogs, but also gives them space after the initial excitement has worn off. He almost always submits(lays down) when meeting another dog.
