Pet care experience
I grew up with pets and recently lost my own beautiful girl that I had for a great 16 years. Having a dog make it that long means I was doing something right. I have experience caring for rambunctious pups and ailing seniors. I am capable of giving many medications, including injections. I understand dogs. I get that sometimes they get a little afraid, or unsure, but that their main goal in life is still to please us. I understand that every dog has their own personality, their own signs and signals when they're scared, and their own quirks. While I used to do a lot of boarding, my current living situations limits me to sitting only. I also have additional pet sitter's insurance! I hope to meet your doggo!

Jason jumped in at the last minute to watch our two pups and cat. He was very communicative and so patient with our quarantine pup, who can still get nervous around newbies. We came home to an orderly house and happy critters. Will hire him again 100% and highly recommend!

I have had numerous house sitting clients and everyone was a great experience for all parties involved. As a former Boy Scout, I live by making a low impact and making the place better (or at least as good, haha) than I've found it. And in these times of covid, I take extra precautions for you like disinfecting all surfaces I have touched and removing the bedding (if I am staying there) for you before you return. Whether I am dropping in, staying, or boarding your puppers, you can rest assured that they will be in good hands.

I prefer to do a meet and greet if possible, I believe there is great value in meeting the doggo with their humans, and in being handed over that way. As far as useful info: specific commands, whether or not they're allowed on furniture, feeding/walking schedule, any medications, how they are with other dogs (in case we see them on walks), if they're good with strangers, the basics.
A typical day
I am currently working from home, so I have ample time to spend with your pup in between students. And of course plenty of pets and scratches are a given when lounging around the house!

Availability
I am a tutor and currently work virtually, so I have plenty of time to pet, play, or take for walks throughout the day! If I have to leave for errands or appointments, it is never for more than a couple hours.
