I have 3 dogs: a male great Dane/lab mix, a female black lab, and a male blonde jack Russell mix. They have a fenced in yard (privacy fence), along with a full front porch where they can sit with us at night. We provide them high quality means 2 times a day based on their healthy weight. They have throwing toys, plushy toys, ropes, kongs, and even treat dispensing toys. They also get compressed raw hides because they are all heavy chewers. They are the owners of the furniture and allow us to sit on it (lol). And they are so good about baths that they bug me for one if it's been too long.
