Jasmine came over ahead of time to meet the dogs and learn about their routine. She took notes and asked questions as needed. She stopped by to pick up the key a couple days before we left and we did not see her before her departure due to our travel plans, but she was in touch the whole time and everything seemed to go smoothly. The dogs were well taken care of and she helped us out by changing the bedsheets since we had a friend coming to stay the last night we were gone. The only issue we had was a misunderstanding about the cost of her services. I didn’t realize that we’d be charged her full nightly price per dog. I should have clarified that ahead of time, so it was by mistake. It is just something to keep in mind and/or negotiate before payment is due.

Jasmine was super accommodating and took great care of our pup. She also sent a few pictures, which was great. Looking forward to having her dog sit again.
