Pet care experience
I love animals, and I am currently in school to become a veterinarian. I love working with animals. I have experience in taking care of dogs and cats. I volunteer at an animal shelter and I walk the dogs over there and help train them. I know how to safely walk dogs and be aware of the surroundings and possible distractions like other dogs. I also am aware of the dangerous temperatures we have been having, and I know how to keep the dog safe while walking during the heat and know the signs of heat exhaustion. I also shadow veterinarians at an animal clinic on Mondays to help with my application for school and also learn a lot about how to properly take care of animals.

I have a pitbull named Luna at home. For walking, we have a cable that is outside and it has a long range of where she can walk. It is in our backyard and it is a woody area so distractions that could be around our home, Luna wouldn't really be able to see, and whoever puts her out on the cable they supervise her outside to make sure she isn't getting in anything she isn't supposed too and make sure she is safe.

I work part-time during my semesters at school. I only work weekends during school so this pet care job works perfectly during weekdays when I am done with my classes.
