Jasmine is great with my puppy. She is very flexible in terms of when I can drop her off or pick her up and is able to help with few days notice.

Let me start by saying, for the most part, Jasmine is a good sitter. She sends pictures and my fur baby seems to have taken to her pretty well. The issue that I see is within her communication. She doesn’t respond to text messages frequently. A great example: I spoke with her a month ago about watching my fur baby while was out of town for a few hours (5a-8p to be exact). I told her I would confirm when it got closer to the day in case her schedule changed. When I picked my fur baby up, I was in the midst of an important call but asked her if she would keep him Sunday. She didn’t appear to recall why I was asking so after getting off of the phone, I texted her, no response. Twenty four hours later, I texted her again since I didn’t get a response the first time. Even after the second text I didn’t get a response, so, I canceled. This is not the first time this has happened. Last time after I didn’t bring him for a week, we talked about her lack in communicating back to ensure we were on the same page. This amongst a couple of other things has really left a sour taste in my mouth, especially since my fur baby was with her minimum twice weekly. I have had to find a new sitter on short notice which isn’t ideal.
