Buyer Beware! We were scammed for over $500. We signed up and paid for, "house sitting" because our dogs are almost 10 years old. We did not want just pop in visits but that is all they got. For 10 days! We were lied to in how she cared for the dogs, how long she was there and what she did for and with them. When we arrived home from our vacation there were visible stains on the carpet where one of my dogs defficated and she did not even try to clean as it still stained! My couch was tore apart because the apparent seperation anxiety of being left home alone for over a week! All of these behaviors they have not shown since they were puppies! They ate food like they were not properly fed and their bowl movements were much smaller than normal due to the lack of food for over a week. The nightly denta stick they were agreed to be fed every night was again full when we returned because our sitter never sat or gave them any. As described by my neighbors, she showed up, fiddled with her phone the whole time (which the photos she did send were just from around our house) then "drag", an actual quote from my neighbor into the house and leave! The first time we requested her service, when we arrived home our back door was unlocked and i found a sauce container from what appeared to be little ceasars in my couch. It is beyond maddening that this level of care was given to my dogs. From someone who said she has animals and works with animals at a pet center somewhere in our area. I wonder how many people she has signed up for "house sitting" and is not "sitting" at any of them and taking all that money from people for a service that is clearly not being provided and allowing these pets to sit in an empty house, alone. I want my money back! We regret deeply requesting her service as our dogs were sat in our house alone for 10 days. Jasmine, My Dogs Deserved Better! And you know that! Rover should seriously look at their policy of how many dogs or homes someone can "sit" at a time because my curiouslty goes to how many houses she has listed at a time as sitting. You can't be in two places at once.

Jasmine is a wonderful dog sitter!! She took care of our two lovely dogs when we were away. She regularly sent us updates with pictures. Such an amazing human being! Keep up the good work girl. Thank you for your service. Til’ next time. ❤️
