I used to be an assistant at a organic farm with farm animals back in Germany and for many years I volunteered in a animal shelter when I was a teenager. My parents love pets so I learned a lot when I was younger and it gave me the knowledge that I can add to my own pet experience that I have now as an adult. I have dachshund we adopted locally, a cat that we adopted from Mauritius 7 years ago and 3 guinea pigs that yea, we adopted locally as well. As you read, we moved from Germany to Michigan and soon I would figure that finding a liable Pet Sitter wouldn't be the easiest task, especially after I had a very poor experience with one of our guinea pigs, so I joined Rover.
