Hi there! My name is Jasmein and I’m huge animal lover and current lab owner! Growing up, I used to visit my dad’s farm a lot as a kid and have been around all kinds of animals like cows, goats, pigs, chickens, dogs, cats, and even a buffalo! In college, all of my friends and roommates had cats so I became a huge cat lover pretty quickly. I grew pretty comfortable with learning how to take care of cats, play with them, and became super familiar with learning all of their different personalities and managing each one. In January 2023, we got our beautiful 8-week-old chocolate lab Max. My family and I trained Max ourselves from the minute we got him, so I’m super familiar with puppies and all of the crazy energy they bring! Raising Max has taught me so much about how to treat pets as individuals. For example, unlike most labs, Max actually had really bad anxiety as a puppy and was really scared of strangers. Because of this, we had to try several different training methods with him to help him get over this fear. Max is also SUPER hyper so we’ve learned lots of different ways to manage his energy as well. My experience with animals throughout my life and raising Max has shown me how important it is to give personalized care to each animal. Some animals like to be played with all the time (ahem, Max), while others like to be left alone. As a pet-care provider, I will give the most personalized care your pet needs.
