Jarret has always been great with children and animals his entire life. He has a passive, gentle sweet type personality but is also firm on his commands. Whether it is children, animals or anyone else. He stands firm but yet friendly and kind. As a Coach working with children and cranky parents, he is awesome! He is a teacher, trainer, coach, mentor, big brother, friend and respected adult to the children he has coached and mentored throughout the years. His personality as a ‘Pet-Sitter’ will by far be just as awesome! Animals gravitate to him just as children and adults do. Animals sense the love and kindness he has to give. Jarret is gentle and kind with a firm hand on obedience. Meaning, he would not allow children or animals to just run wild. He keeps the bounders wide but safe. I can give you examples of his own 2 pets and how they are obedient, loving and loved. Jarret’s pet Cat/Harley: he was found 11 years ago in a McDonald’s parking lot along with 4 other brother/sisters that still had their umbilical cords. Jarret and his sister nursed the 5 kittens till they could find homes for them. Jarret chose to keep ‘Harley’ and raise him. Harley has the ‘loner’ type personality when it comes to too many people around. However has ‘the snuggle bug’ love on me attitude when he warms up to you. ‘Harley’ will not climb on furniture, jump on the cabinets, claw on furniture, hiss, bite or scratch. ‘if’ he gets mad about something, he just turns and walks away. Strangest cat I have ever seen in my life! And the most AWESOME cat. Because he had a loving caregiver that loved him enough to train/teach him the right way. And then there is Dominic (his Amazing Dog): Dominic is also a rescue pet. All I can say is WOW! Jarret’s patience and love for Dominic has created a pet like no other. He is one of those you ‘gotta see’ to believe. Jarret took the time to train/teach Dom not to bark unless necessary, no jumping on people, no licking people, no begging. He is so darn obedient it’s like he is more human than animal …. Dominic will even literally ‘smile’ at you when he is excited to see you!!  In closing, I will state this: Jarret Key is a fine young man with a great heart for ALL, and very responsible. There is no doubt in my mind that he would do a FABULOUS job pet-sitting for others. He will love their pets as if they were his own and respect their homes and privacy as he would his own.
