Growing up, I lived with my grandparents who had a big yard of 7 dogs, playing and walking with them almost daily throughout my childhood. When I turned 17, my partner and I adopted a beautiful tuxedo cat named Richard, and have learned so much on how to connect and care for cats. I also took 2 years of small animal care classes at vocational where I learned how to care for all kinds of animals. During the pandemic I worked at Rogers Bark Pet Salon as a bather/receptionist, learning how to properly care for dogs while they get a nice bath and blow dry before their big hair cut. I also brushed out dogs and gave out nail trimmings for clients due for some clipping. Working there I learned I had a tremendous love for dogs that I want to take further into a career, eventually into dog grooming itself. I also cat sit for my sister twice a month, so I am pretty versatile with both kinds of animals. Any care you and your little (or big) friend needs, I’ll be there to help!
