Pet care experience
My name is Jarna P. and I am an undergrad at UC Berkeley! My pet experience includes raising my own dog for the past 6 years as well as caring for friend's and family's dogs. My roommate is also a rover dogsitter with extensive experience, so even during class, your pet will constantly have company. My top priority is the health and happiness of the pets I'm caring for, and I will always be available to address their needs. While I do not have my own yard, there is a lovely park around the corner that we can play fetch on. I live a very active lifestyle so I have the patience to deal with very energetic dogs. Dogs will be given organic, all-natural treats and 2-3 hours of playtime a day. Owners can expect photos/videos throughout the day to ensure your furry friend is being taken care of.

I booked Jarna to watch my dog during my graduation, but she never picked up her phone or contacted me when I attempted to drop our dog off. I waited outside her apartment for an hour trying to contact her. I was forced to find another last minute sitter, and drive to their apartment, so was late to my own graduation. She did text me about 2 hours after our arranged drop off time letting me know that she overslept because of a cold. Although I understand how difficult things are when you’re sick, it was unprofessional and inconsiderate to not contact me ahead of time to let me know her situation. So unfortunately I can’t review Jarna’s service. But I can review her unresponsiveness and unreliability.
Wow, did I ever hit he JACKPOT when I booked Jarna. I mean she sent me the cutest pics and updates of Thor when I was gone and they really formed a close bond while I was away, Thor, who was not completely toilet trained and had the energy of a shooting star came back to me knowing much more what he was suppossed to do on a walk as well as a calmer, more centered dog. She obviously showered him with love. If you have the opportunity to book Jarna, do it immediately! jarna
Jarna is really caring and great with dogs!! She is really patient and took really good care of Rocky during his stay:)) (even tho he's a lil pain in the ass loll)
Thank you for treating my fur baby like a prince! She lives 2 blocks from a park so my dog got lots of sunshine and tail wags. I’m pretty sure he got a bath too because he smelled amazing when I picked him up. Her place has a pretty big living room. I liked it! She invited me inside to tell me how things went. She’s really nice. She has 3 housemates so the dogs get lots of love there. Definitely send your doggies here!!
