I grew up with a loving Boston Terrier that I trained and learned my love for dogs from. I used to dog sit my neighbors awesome 3 dogs while they were on vacation but I now am in college at University at Buffalo and am unable to play and walk with my dog which was one of my favorite parts of the day. I love playing games with dogs like fetch (of course), hide n’ seek, tug of war and chase. I am a student at UB and during my first year I found a dog (Peanut) to often sit and gained a great connection. I now want to find more dogs like Peanut to gain a connection with which is why I am coming to Rover. I look forward to my future as a new Rover sitter and can’t wait to meet your dog!

Jared has always been a dog lover and never fails to live up to the title. He has watched my dog while my family vacationed and insisted on being with her as much as possible, knowing that she gets lonely. He has always had dogs around his house so he is comfortable with dogs and understands them. Overall Jared exhibits responsibility in all his disciplines and has been successful in his school and work history.
Jared has been watching my dog, Peanut for over a year. Whether I’m going on vacation, or I simply just need someone to walk Peanut for an hour, Jared is always available! His hours are very flexible which make it super easy to schedule a specific time. He is responsible and he lets me know exactly how Peanut behaved, when she ate, when she last went to the bathroom, etc. Peanut is so happy after a day spent with Jared!
Jared is extremely qualified for this job, our long friendship has been been attainable because his loving and caring qualities. These qualities especially are evident when it comes to the special place in his heart for dogs. Watching him interact with his dogs and mine, you can truly see a special connection. No better job for jared than spending time with his best friends ?!
