I started working with dogs on Rover because I have a deep love for animals and it gives me the ability to meet a ton of different types and breeds of dogs. I know how difficult it is to leave your pet with just anyone and it is my love and dedication to pet care that sets me apart from other sitters you might come across. I have a huge blue Great Dane who has been with me for the past three years. He is a bit of a high maintenance dog who comes with a ton of allergies, so if your dog suffers allergies as well, be assured that I have a lot of experience in this area. I have hypoallergenic treats on hand if you forget yours, though any food I give your dog will be cleared by you first! I understand every dog has different quirks—with mine, it’s his diet. I have to add eggs and coconut oil to his food to keep him eating. Understanding my dog’s personality has helped me become a more patient person and that is one of the qualities that really stands out about me when caring for my clients’ dogs as well. My dog also has a ton of energy so we make sure to fill our time with plenty of runs, walks and daily trips to the dog park, and I will be sure to do the same for your dog! Another thing that sets me apart is the fact that I offer exceptional service at a better rate than most pet sitters. I work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. and I offer walks and pet-sitting before and after work. I live in a one bedroom apartment with a dog park in the complex, which makes it very convenient for the dogs who stay with me to get their steps in! Overall, I am a motivated, attentive and energetic person and I’m ready to pour that energy into caring for your pup. I know it’s not easy to trust someone with your furbaby and I will do my best to communicate openly and provide the best pet-sitting experience possible.
