I have a leash that's in the ground with a 50 foot reach. I will also be able to walk your pet as often as needed, there is a park nearby that I can take your animal to play. We feed cats and dogs at separate times so dogs don't eat the cat food. And normally have different bowls for the dogs so they don't fight over one.

We have cats and a single dog regularly in our house. Prefer pets that are friendly to cats/won't chase unplayfully. We have a spayed female dog aswell. Cats typically hide when new dogs come over and aren't aggressive. Our dog is also friendly and loves to play with new animals.
A typical day
We have plenty of toys and make sure to play with the dogs daily so they stay active. We try keep them active inside and out.

Availability
I work a full time night shift schedule. Sunday to Wednesday so weekends work best for me. I have others at my house that will help give attention to your pet if I am not currently there to ensure it is played with and ran out. I also wake up though out the day to take care of the animals. But I am off from Thursday morning till Sunday night so I can pay more attention to your pet.
