Our dog, Mojo, is a 14 year old Miniature Pinscher who has never been cared for outside our home (and it’s always been a family member that he knows). He’s very anxious and set in his ways, and very much a creature of habit. Needless to say, we were a little hesitant to leave him, and we must have looked at Rover.com a dozen times. Honestly, Japel’s bio caught my eye because she looked very fun and relaxed (I don’t know how I could tell that from a photo...). I reached out to Japel and told her all about Mojo, and she was amenable. We went and visited for a bit and dropped him off, and we were still a little nervous (especially because Japel was very sweet). Our concerns were all for naught - Japel sent us photos and gave us updates daily, which really put us at ease. Mojo was so relaxed and happy when we arrived to pick him up. We’re actually looking forward to our next trip, so that we can have Japel care for him again! I highly recommend Japel!
