Pet care experience
I love animals and feel its important owners know their best friend is well cared for when they are away. I have a dog who is friendly with other dogs and would love to open my home to care for yours. Whatever their personality, they will be in good hands and their needs met. Some dogs just need the companionship of others, other dogs are high energy and need exercise. I am flexible and happy to accommodate the needs of each pet. In the past, I had felt concern for my dog when I needed to leave him behind. I wished a service like Rover was around when I needed it. I am glad I can participate in a service that meets the needs of the community.

I have a fenced yard and one dog to keep your fur baby company and to play with. I am an out-doors kinda gal so we typically take 2 walks a day and spend lots of time outside in the yard together.

It's important I know how your dog responds to other dogs. I have a 30 lb dog who is dog friendly and enjoys play mates but he will adjust his energy level to the preference of other canines.
A typical day
Playing fetch in the back yard. Snuggling on the coach. Going on daily walks. Weekend hike if owner prefers this. Tug of war, snuffle mats, lot’s of stimulation to choose from

Availability
My schedule has changed and I am working full time. I am available weekends and most holidays to care for pets. I am a school teacher so I am off holidays when kids are out of school and summer months so extended stays are available depending on my schedule.
