If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. Janrose did an incredible job caring for my 4-month-old kitten Donny while I was out of town for a work conference. Given how young he is, I wanted to ensure he was in the hands of someone who could give him their undivided love, comfort & attention for the 4 days I was gone, and Janrose did just that! She and I did a video call prior to Donny’s stay, which left me feeling so at ease. She answered all of my questions and never once made me feel like I was asking too many. She has such a warm, gregarious energy that I knew my baby would be in good hands with her. During Donny’s stay, she sent me LOTS of pictures, videos and periodical updates on how he was doing. I even turned some of those pics into a collage with is now the new wallpaper on my phone 😁 I didn’t know how he would behave since this was his first time outside of his territory. In one of the first pictures she sent (approx 30 mins after I dropped him off) he was already exploring her apartment and had his tail up in a question mark — he was immediately comfortable in her presence, which was incredibly reassuring for me as a new pet parent. He had a blast staying with Janrose! He was his usual playful, energetic self, and didn’t have any behavioral or litter box issues. When I picked him up, Janrose had all of his items packed up neatly in a tote bag she gifted me. I cannot thank her enough for not only caring for my kitten as if he was her own, but for making the entire process smooth for me from start to finish. I can tell she truly loves what she does, which is what I believe makes her so GREAT at it! She is organized, prepared, courteous and most all: kind! You will not regret leaving your fur baby in her care. 🐾❤️

Janrose was professional, conscientious, and caring! She asked all the right questions about caring for our pups before the scheduled booking, and was communicative (with notes and pictures) throughout the visit. We have a senior dog who requires a bit of special care, and Janrose took the time and energy to make sure he had what he needed over the weekend, and she indulged our younger pup with all the "loves" she demands on a daily basis! We returned home to find happy dogs and a very clean home. I would trust Janrose to care for our dogs (and our home) again!
