Pet care experience
Hello, I have 10+ years watching dogs with some experience in training. Our house is set up to allow inside/outside access with lawn, shade, and watering areas. Poop is cleaned up regularly. We also live near a state park and my husband and I take dogs on daily walks which can be leisurely and/or active. We play with the dogs: ball, tug a war and any games they make up. My husband and I work from home so we are able to spend the time needed to love on your dog and make sure their needs are met...feeding, watering, keeping them company, with access to outside to take care of business. By the time your pup leaves our home they have become part of our family.

My pitbull has stayed with this wonderful couple for over two months now. I’m in the process of a long distance move and waiting for my home to sell Before I can buy replacement. As you know or may not know, pitbulls are on the list of dogs that most apartment owners and homeowners will not rent to. Not only has my dog had a safe and comfortable stay, but she has gotten some well needed socialization and interaction experiences with other dogs that have made her an even better dog. They supervise the dogs, interact with them, take them on walks to beautiful places, and absolutely snuggle them as much as needed. From time to time I have also had to leave my Boston terrier to attend to details over a weekend here and there. Ed And Janice were sensitive to the needs of my senior dog who was a little disoriented and suffers from vision loss as well as the needs of my very robust, healthy, energetic pitbull. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!
I was happy to find Janice through Rover to take care of my cats while we were out of town for Thanksgiving. This was my first time using her and I would definitely use her again and recommend her to others.
Athena always has a wonderful time with janice and ed! They take such great care of her when we go out of town!
Janice and Ed are great! They took wonderful care of Layla. They took her for walks and gave her lots of personal attention. She was a happy dog when we picked her up. They even went the extra step of bathing her and grooming her. She was soft and silky when we picked her up. We definitely recommend Janice and Ed and we will definitely request them for our future travels.
