My daughter, Ashley, is 16 and is a junior at Wellington High School. She is in the equine/vet program and started walking dogs for some neighbors about four years ago. That turned into her doing dog sitting when neighbors were away and word spread. When she is caring for your dog(s), she will walk them, sit and pet them, and play with them. Each dog is different, so we modify what we do with each dog depending on your requests and what we find that your dog enjoys most. Some dogs love to go for walks. Others rather just go in the yard and then play ball. You tell us what your dog likes. She wants them to be happy when you are away. She wants them to be excited when they see her come back for the next visit. Ashley has grown up with a Dalmation and a Lab at home but has handled many different types of dogs from toy breeds to Bloodhounds at the Big Dog Rescue Ranch. We started volunteering at BDRR about 8 years ago. It is great experience and she enjoys giving love to these dogs who are waiting to find their forever home. Ashley does annual fundraisers and supply drives for BDRR and has been recognized multiple times in the community for her efforts. She would love to meet you and your dog.
