This was our first time using Rover, and we had a wonderful experience. Janice was incredibly warm, caring, and attentive, and took excellent care of our dog while we were away. She kept us updated throughout the weekend with messages and photos, which gave us great peace of mind. We would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy dog sitter.

We feel incredibly lucky to have found Janice to watch our dog, Pablo, while we traveled to visit family over the holidays. Having peace of mind while you’re away is priceless, and she truly delivered that. Our dog is very sensitive, and Janice was so attentive and thoughtful with all of his needs. It’s obvious she does this because she genuinely loves dogs. Janice went above and beyond taking him on plenty of walks and even bringing him along with her during the day while running errands. Since coming home, we can tell Pablo really misses her, which says everything about the bond she built with him. Her home is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, with a yard. She sent us daily updates and photos, letting us know what they were up to, which always made our day. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with Janice again and hope she’s available the next time we need a sitter. Thank you, Janice!

Janice was fantastic!!! Our usually nervous boy felt completely at ease with her. He even slept on the guest bed with her. She took him on lots of walks and made sure he ate, something he usually struggles with while we're away. She also sent us lots of pictures to calm our nerves, and we could tell from Cody's body language how safe he felt. She was also an incredibly thoughtful houseguest; she left the place nicer than she found it! Not only did she launder her towels, she laundered mine! Talking to Janice, it's clear how much she treasures animals. I would recommend her in a heartbeat, and we will definitely be booking her again when we travel for my cousin's upcoming wedding.

Janice took wonderful care of our little mini dachshund Lily. We got updates and photos which was very comforting. I highly recommend Janice to care for your fur baby.

Janice again did a great job caring for our older dog. He requires medication and careful handling which Janice is very patient and good with. She sent us updates which helped us to not worry while we were away. I highly recommend Janice.

Janice was great with my poms! She sent frequent updates and communicated immediately when a small issue came up with one of my dogs peeing on a comforter. I returned home to a clean house with some nice calming music on a dog channel. My dogs seemed well cared for! I will absolutely hire Janice again in the future!
