I left Libby with Jani 10 nights in a row while I was on vacation. She sent me pictures of Libby having fun everyday. I’ll be using her for future sitting needs! Thanks Jani!

Jani let me know 10 min before she arrived that she did not have much experience walking dogs and asked me how she got paid because this was her first time ever walking for rover. Which is fine, we all start somewhere but she let me know she did not have much experience at all walking dogs, let alone two large dogs. I have two large breed dogs so this was very concerning to me. Then when she arrived she let me know that someone else was with her… someone who was not approved by Rover. When she told me this I asked for her not to let the stranger in my house or to walk my dogs. I did not get a response for several minutes. I believe she did let her in my house. And when I received photos of the walk the other person was walking my German Shepherd. Also, in the photo, I noticed that the harness I specifically asked to be put on the German Shepherd was on my Golden Retriever… and it was upside down. Overall a very poor experience and will probably never use Rover again.
