Hey! I am Jan. The day I was born, the dogs on my street howled overnight (much to the dislike of my neighbors) and welcomed me to their pack! I have been an animal lover since I can remember. I have volunteered at Animal Welfare Organizations like People for Animals, PETA, CUPA and Blue Cross in India. I love fostering dogs, cats, smaller mammals, the occasional bird and cows. I also lead rallies in India to close down illegal breeder trade and save animals. My little sister is a 7 year old Doberman who I rescued, raised and trained in India. I am adept in dog walking, pet sitting, basic training and am trained in Pet First Aid. I live in a 2 bedroom flat in Downtown Vancouver. My flat is pet proofed and doors and windows are locked to prevent any accidents. I have a 2 year old cat named Lucy who is friendly with other dogs and cats too. I firmly believe that no family is complete without a furry companion. I hope I can be of help and make the world a better place for our animal buddies.
