Janette was very amendable around our "driving in from out of town" arrival scheduling and immediately set to work getting our Penny acclimated to her home, yard, and pets. We were out of country for the week, so no updates were available/necessary, but upon our return, Janette described Penny's few couple days as "skittish, but she settled in after that and played well with my dog." This sounded exactly like our pup, and it displayed a great sensitivity on Janette's part for dogs in general and for Penny's experience with her in particular.
