Pet care experience
I’ve always had pets be it cats or dogs since I can remember. Personally I’ve had a Weimaraner who lived to the grand age of 14 so I’ve had experience with senior care . I often look after dogs for my daughter and friends . I was recently asked to look after my nieces farm which included 3 dogs ,a cat ,sheep and chickens . That was great fun. I also regularly look after my brothers 2 French bulldogs .

I would highly recommend Janette! She made every part of the boarding experience straight forward and easy. Communication was excellent both before and during my dog's stay. She made me feel at ease during the meet and greet and kept in contact throughout the stay. My dog had a really lovely time and I was so pleased to see lots of photos of her out and about on walks and enjoying being at Janette's home. I couldn't have asked for a better service. I will definitely be booking Janette again ☺️
Janette was lovely with our 2 year-old lab, despite his pestering her own lovely old boy and keeping everyone awake at night, which I'm mortified about. She couldn't have been kinder though, and we're enormously grateful to her for persevering with him! He obviously enjoyed lovely long walks with her, and felt very at home with her.

Pepper had a wonderful time with Janette (day-care). Great communication throughout, with Janette offering a pre-meet between Pepper and her lovely dog Casey ahead of time just to check Pepper was OK with him which she was (Pepper can be anxious with larger dogs). Thank You Janette - we will certainly drop me a message when we are back in Portsmouth and require some help with Pepper

I have a fenced garden . Pets are allowed on furniture and upstairs but not on beds . We will look after your pets as you require the same as they are used to in their own home .

A typical day
We usually vary our walks every day . Going out of town most days to woods or countryside. Rain or shine we are out there enjoying the fresh air with our dog Casey. We sometimes take him up to Queen Elizabeth country park to do the assault course up there .

My husband and Myself are semi retired so there is always someone at home .We love walking. We enjoy going out on country 3 or 4 times a week to places like Chidham , Chalton ,Queen Elizabeth country park, Kingley vale ,Forest of Bere. We live fairly close to Dundas and Eastney shoreline for more local walks .
