My headline is quite fetching right? I’ve been an animal lover since I could remember. I’m currently attending UC Davis in animal science & management. I lived in the Bay Area before & was constantly pet sitting. I would take care of pets from birds to dogs & cats to turtles, going for walks, feeding meals & administering medication such as insulin.

Janette was a fantastic pet sitter for 2 days for our Senior Dog. She followed all directions for food/medications and provided extra care/attention/comfort to our dog while we were gone. Overall very happy with Janette.
Janette is awesome, my dogs are always happy and well cared for when she stays over. She also very good about communicating anything that’s going on.

If I am dogsitting, I try as much as possible to stay home with your pets so they always have someone to keep company. If allowed, I love taking pets on hikes or long walks so they could spend as much time outside as possible.

I would like to know if there is any medication that is needed, allergies, if they are scared/wary of a certain item or thing so I know what I can do to make the dogs as comfortable as possible. As well as instructions on what to do if there is an emergency, which vet hospital &/or ER to go to if something may happen.
A typical day
I love to bring dogs hiking or going on long walks. If the pup is more of a couch potato, I like taking them on long car drives so they could still sit but get the smells they can

I currently have classes during the late morning to late afternoon, with a few hours as a break in between. I can definitely do drop ins or staying overnight.
